Rehilah is a Trauma-Informed PDP Coach and Therapeutic Breath work Facilitator. She has discovered her passion for coaching, mentoring, and facilitation, and over the years, she has honed a unique approach to Breathwork.

Her journey into breath healing was inspired by her own battles with anxiety and stress stemming from family and work pressures. Through breathwork, she found a way to ease her anxious mind, igniting a profound journey of self-discovery.
