Accessibility statement

We support families of disabled children, so accessibility is the point — not an afterthought. Here is our commitment.

Our commitment

We want everyone — including disabled people and people using assistive technology — to be able to use SEN2gether comfortably. We aim to meet the internationally recognised Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-off task.

What we've done

On this website we have:

  • used clear, structured headings and meaningful page titles so the site is easy to navigate with a screen reader;
  • provided text descriptions for meaningful images and illustrations, and hidden purely decorative graphics from assistive technology;
  • respected your device's "reduce motion" setting — if you've asked your system to minimise animation, our animations are switched off automatically;
  • used a single, highly legible typeface and a colour palette chosen for readable contrast;
  • made the site responsive, so it works on phones, tablets and desktops, and can be zoomed without breaking;
  • kept links and buttons keyboard-accessible.

Known limitations

We're honest about where we still have work to do. You may find that:

  • some decorative illustrations are not individually described (they don't carry essential information);
  • third-party elements, such as the App Store and Google Play badges, may not fully meet our standards;
  • some older content may not yet be perfectly structured.

We're working to fix these as part of our normal updates.

The SEN2gether app

We're committed to accessibility in our mobile app as well as on the web, including support for the accessibility features built into iOS and Android (such as larger text, screen readers and reduced motion).

Tell us about a problem

If you come across anything that's hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please tell us — your feedback genuinely helps us improve.

Email support@sen2gether.com describing the problem and the page or screen it's on, and we'll do our best to put it right and to provide what you need in an accessible format.
