Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using SEN2gether — by accessing the app you agree to be bound by them.

SEN2gether's Terms and Conditions are a contract between you and SEN2gether App, and we want you to be aware of your rights and ours before you use the SEN2gether application ("App" or "SEN2gether"). Please take some time to read these Terms before enjoying the App, because once you access, view or subscribe to the App, you will be legally bound by these Terms.

1. SEN2gether rules

Before you can use the SEN2gether App, you will need to sign up to create an account and agree to our Terms & Conditions.

When registered, you will create an account authorising us to access, display and use certain information you have provided. For more information about what information we use and how we use it, please see our Privacy Policy.

  • You cannot use another user's account without permission.
  • You cannot create duplicate accounts in addition to your original account, unless SEN2gether requests you to do so for technical reasons.

If you wish to leave, you can delete your account at any time from the 'Settings' screen when logged in, by selecting 'Deactivate account' and following the steps shown. We will save your profile information in case you decide to restore your account; see our Privacy Policy for more information. If you would like your content or profile information deleted, please contact us at support@sen2gether.com.

SEN2gether reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend any account, or to use any operational, technological, legal or other means available to enforce these Terms at any time without liability and without the need to give prior notice.

2. Types of content

There are three types of content you will have access to on the App:

  • Content that you upload and provide ("Your Content").
  • Content that members provide ("Member Content").
  • Content that SEN2gether provides ("Our Content").

Prohibited content

We have imposed certain restrictions on content that:

  • Contains language which could be deemed offensive, abusive, insulting or threatening, or may promote racism, sexism, hatred or bigotry.
  • Encourages illegal activity, including terrorism or inciting racial hatred.
  • Is defamatory or libellous.
  • Relates to advertising or financial requests.
  • Contains spyware, adware, viruses, corrupt files or malicious code.
  • Breaches our House Rules.

We ask users to comply with our House Rules when engaging in all SEN2gether forums. A moderation team reviews content and will remove anything that violates community guidelines. We reserve the right to delete or restrict accounts without notice.

Your Content

You are responsible and liable for Your Content. When sharing Your Content, you may not divulge personal contact details or banking information. Any shared personal information is at your own risk. SEN2gether reserves a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use Your Content for purposes including editing, distributing and incorporating it into other works.

Member Content

All Member Content belongs to the users who upload it. SEN2gether does not verify member identities and cannot guarantee the accuracy of Member Content. Users are prohibited from misusing other users' content or information.

Our Content

'Our Content' includes text, graphics, logos, audio, visuals and other intellectual property owned by SEN2gether.

  • You shall not sell, modify or distribute Our Content except as permitted by the App.
  • You shall not create plagiarised works or exploit Our Content in any way.
  • You shall use Our Content for lawful purposes only.

3. Restrictions and collection of information

The App can be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play. Refer to their respective terms and conditions for more information.

Our servers automatically record Log and Usage Data, which helps improve our service. This data may include IP address, browser type, device model, operating system and search terms. Geolocation data may also be collected with your permission.

4. Privacy

For details on how we collect, store, protect and share data, please see our Privacy Policy.

5. House Rules

By participating in SENchat, you agree to these terms. Violations will result in warnings or restrictions:

  • First warning: a reminder to adhere to the guidelines.
  • Second warning: a temporary restriction on features.
  • Third warning: further restrictions or suspension.

No refunds will be provided for restrictions, suspensions or deactivations due to violations.

6. Disclaimer of liability

All content on the App is provided "as is" for general information purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

7. Limitation of liability

SEN2gether is not liable for damages resulting from your use of the App. In no event shall SEN2gether's total liability exceed 500 AED or the amount paid in the last six months.

8. Right to amend

SEN2gether reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
