Martha

Martha is a paediatric Occupational Therapist with over seven years’ experience supporting neurodivergent children. Martha uses play-based, neuro-affirming, and trauma-informed approaches to ensure therapy feels safe, respectful, and genuinely child-led.

Martha works closely with families to adapt environments, incorporate sensory strategies, and use co-regulation techniques that respond to each child’s individual needs. Martha's approach focuses on understanding the whole child, rather than trying to change who they are.

Having worked across schools, clinics, and online settings, Martha builds strong, positive relationships with families and shares practical, compassionate strategies that can be applied in everyday life.
