Close your account in the app
- Open the SEN2gether app.
- Go to Account, then Settings, then Delete account.
- Tick the box and type DELETE to confirm.
Your account is closed straight away: you’re signed out on every device, your devices stop getting notifications, and nobody can sign in to it.
Have your personal data erased
To have your personal data erased as well, or if you can’t get into the app, email admin@sen2gether.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete SEN2gether Account”. Our team will check it’s you and deal with your request within 7 days, and tell you when it’s done.
What we may keep
Some limited records may be kept where the law requires it, such as:
- audit and security records we must keep by law;
- financial records, for up to 6 years;
- safeguarding records, where we must keep them;
- system backups, until they are overwritten.
These are held securely and deleted at the end of their retention period.
